I love this Panera. We came today and it was so busy. Our order was completely wrong and they took quite a long time for our food to come back and correct the mistakes. The runner Allison was so patient and never reacted in the situation. Franky took our order and was patient. The manager came by and I told her how long it took for our items to come out and that the sandwich was wrong. She took the time to listen and correct the issue. Her name was Cameron I believe. Thank you for everyone for being patient and kind. 5 stars all around.
I've been coming to this Panera for years. It's crazy. I love their breakfast soufflés, chocolate chip muffin top and bagels. I came here today and was so excited to see Ryan. He is one a kind. He honestly makes this location 10 times better. He's engaging caring and on top of it. I wish all the employees were like him. This is a great location to study, meet for coffee or just grab a quick thing to go. Lots of

The food was good & tasted fresh, the Pepsi tasted bad though. It taste like a mixture of tea and Dr Pepper it was just not good at all.
and I was a little surprised that when I went in it was totally empty I think this is the first Panera bread restaurant that I've been to that was empty but it smelled like something had burnt in there really bad.
But it was at least clean including the womens bathroom. -

Terrible customer service! Will not return!
My girlfriend and I ordered our meals via the app. Our food was supposed to be ready at a specific time and had to wait an extra fifteen minutes due to: lazy workers in the kitchen.
These two male workers working on Sunday April 28th between the hours of 8:00pm and 9:00 pm were rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and had no sense of urgency to get food to customers.
The manager (a small Filipino female) had to come out and direct these two due to their horrendous work ethic. An example of this, my order came with a small fruit bowl. Running short on fruit the two workers used whatever was leftover and filled the container with very similar fruit;thus, no variety. The manager stopped her inventory check and said something a long the lines of "let's do the job right" and began to bring out fresh fruit and cut it herself, which I truly appreciated! Our order was then complete and we left.
When we got home my girlfriends sandwich was not in the bag... We called the location and informed them of the issue and that we were heading back to pick it up. The cashier/male on the phone, I believe his name was Mason, was apologetic and offered to give us free pasteuries for the inconvenience; example of good customer service.
Once we arrived we headed toward the kitchen area and waited for someone to address our matter. One of the kitchen workers came out and asked what the problem was, when I told him he had a confused look on his face displayed anger and frustration and walked to the back. One minute later the other worker (late teens early twenties with a tattoo on his arm/bicep, some sort of rectangular tribal band) Came out, didn't make eye contact and proceeded to say "Sup?" ... I politely informed him what had happened. He began making another sandwich until the cashier, Mason, walked back and grabbed the already made sand-which on the counter and gave it to us. We collected our free pasturies and left.
*The manager (small Filipino female) and cashier (Mason) did a great job of ensuing customer satisfaction and showed care.
The two kitchen workers preparing food should no longer have a job at this establishment. Being the Vice President of a multi million dollar financial service company, I respectfully believe I know a thing or two about customer service. Treating people with respect, maintaining ones composure, being apologetic when necessary, and doing the right thing can go a long way with people.
Not only will I not return to this establishment but, I will make sure friends and family are aware of what to expect. -

With the new self service kiosk you and customize your order. Not as clean as it used to be. Food is still the norm.

Located at the 4S Commons Town Center across the parking lot from European Wax Center & Blowbunny, this location is the nicest & cleanest I've been to. Upon walking it, it was very noticable. I needed some ice because I slammed the car door on my finger. Zach put on some gloves, grabbed a plastic bag and gave me a big bag of ice for free! Thanks for the awesome customer service! Had I not been in a rush (which is probably why I slammed the car door on my finger), I would've gotten some snacks. I'll be back though!
I like their extensive menu of sandwiches, drinks & pastries!
